Packaging & Storage
- Vacuum sealed in a resealable, multi-layer mylar pouch packed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment.

Use & Preparation
- Rehydrate with water for a few minutes (follow label instructions); heat to desired temperature and crispiness before serving.
- Each ounce of chopped freeze-dried bacon rehydrates to approximately two ounces of freshly cooked bacon. A 1-pound pouch rehydrates to roughly two pounds of cooked, drained chopped bacon.
