Use & Preparation

Storage & Shelf Life

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Unopened pouches have a 25-plus year shelf life. After opening, reseal the pouch and use remaining portions within 90 days for best quality.

Place desired pieces in a sealed plastic bag with a slightly damp paper towel for the time indicated on the label, then serve. For best texture, rehydrate only the amount you plan to eat.
