This bag contains 20-1/2 ounces of freeze dried uncooked cookie dough, which is the equivalent of 61.5 ounces or just under 3.9 pounds of ready to bake pre-formed red velvet cookie dough balls that can easily be ready for you to serve fresh out of the oven if purchased at your local gourmet bakery once rehydrated and ready to eat. Each ounce of this gourmet uncooked cookie dough will weigh approximately 3 ounces of freshly prepared cookie dough when rehydrated.
