Use & Rehydration

To rehydrate, place the portion you want to use in a sealed plastic bag with a damp paper towel and allow to sit until rehydrated following the label instructions. Each ounce of freeze dried sushi will rehydrate to approximately four ounces of freshly prepared sushi. The product is also palatable straight from the bag for a quick, on-the-go meal.

Food Safety & Storage

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pouch and keep the included oxygen absorber and desiccant inside; consume remaining portions within three months for best quality, or reseal with a home vacuum sealer to extend storage life.
