Product Details

Packaging & Handling

The product is packaged in high-barrier Mylar pouches with an easy-tear top and resealable zip closure. Because freeze dried items can be fragile, some pieces may break during transit; breakage does not affect flavor or nutritional value.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, reduced iron, niacin, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid), water, sugar, soybean oil, yeast, salt, wheat gluten, calcium propionate (preservative), DATEM, corn flour, soy lecithin, spice and coloring, monocalcium phosphate, egg batter (whole eggs, sugar, whey [milk]).

Storage and Resealing

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry, dark place to maximize shelf life. Keep out of direct sunlight.
After opening, reseal the pouch using the integrated zip closure and keep the included oxygen absorber and desiccant inside the pouch. Once opened, remaining contents are best used within 90 days to one year depending on conditions; vacuum-sealing opened pouches can extend storage.

Uses

Emergency food supply, trail meals, backpacking, camping, or quick at-desk meals.
Rehydrate with room temperature water as instructed on the label for best texture and flavor.
