This is a bulk package of freeze dried shredded Swiss cheese packaged for long-term storage. The cheese is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-reduced environment inside an easy-tear, resealable bag so it does not require refrigeration until opened.

Storage & Shelf Life

After opening, reseal the bag and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant; opened product will have a reduced shelf life and should be used within months depending on storage conditions. Vacuum sealing opened portions will extend freshness.

Preparation Tip
