Ingredients: Cheddar Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto color), Monterey Jack Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes). Powdered corn and potato starch added to prevent caking. Natamycin used as a natural mold inhibitor.

Storage
Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry, rodent-free location out of direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pouch and keep the included oxygen absorber and desiccant; use remaining portions within a few months for best quality.
Shelf Life & Storage Notes
- Unopened pouches: guaranteed to at least 10 years; actual shelf life may be longer with proper storage and modern multi-layer mylar packaging.
- After opening: reseal pouch with the integrated closure and keep oxygen absorbers/desiccants in place. Remaining food should generally be used within about 3 months; non-meat items may last up to a year depending on conditions.
Rehydration Tip
Rehydrate in warm water for several minutes according to package instructions. For best texture, allow cheese to absorb water fully before serving.
