These scrambled eggs are lightweight and shelf-stable, making them ideal for camping, hiking, emergency food storage, or quick meals at home. Rehydrate with hot water for a hot meal, or eat directly from the pouch as a high-protein snack.

Ingredients: Whole eggs, whey, soybean oil, nonfat milk. Contains 1% or less of salt, natural and artificial butter flavor, xanthan gum, and citric acid.

Storage & Shelf Life
Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry, dark place for maximum shelf life. Unopened pouches offer 25+ years of shelf life under proper storage conditions. After opening, reseal the pouch and keep the included oxygen absorber and desiccant; remaining product is best used within 90 days for meats and up to about a year for many non-meat items depending on storage conditions.

Preparation and Storage
- To rehydrate: add hot water and let sit a few minutes until texture is restored. Adjust water amount to your taste.
- For long-term storage, keep pouches sealed in a cool, dry, dark place away from rodents and direct sunlight.
- After opening, re-close the integrated zipper and use within recommended time frames. Using a home vacuum sealer to reclose the pouch can extend usable life.
