A bright and lemony tea with sweet flavors and smooth undertones, this Numi organic yuzu bancha tea is a great accompaniment to any meal. Grown in an isolated area of Shizuoka, Japan, this tea is harvested and processed on a small fourth generation farm that was one of the first certified organic tea farms in a Japan. Blended with organic yuzu from Kyushu, Japan, this tea gets a kick from the tangy, complex citrus. A well-rounded, premium product, this roasted Japanese tea is created by steaming and rolling the leaves after harvest, then roasting them at a medium temperature to rid the leaves of their bitterness and give the tea its rich flavor. Once brewed, it contains medium caffeine levels, great for kickstarting the day or providing an extra boost in the afternoon.

This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, boil one cup of water, allow it to cool slightly, then steep 1 bag of tea for 1-2 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, boil water, allow to cool, steep in 2 tea bags, and pour over ice.
