Product Details

One bulk package of freeze-dried sliced portobellini mushrooms packaged for long-term storage. The mushrooms are thinly sliced, vacuum sealed, and packaged in an easy-tear, resealable bag for convenience. Each 1.0 ounce pouch rehydrates to approximately 10 ounces of fresh mushrooms.

Storage and Shelf Life

After opening, reseal the bag tightly and keep any oxygen absorbers or desiccants in the pouch to extend freshness. For best quality, consume opened pouches within a few months to one year depending on storage conditions.
