This is a bulk package of fully cooked, roasted, and seasoned redskin potatoes with red and green bell peppers and onions. The food is freeze dried to lock in flavor and nutrients and is ready to rehydrate, heat, and serve for camping, hiking, emergency storage, or quick meals at home.

Rehydration: Add water and allow to rehydrate for a few minutes according to the instructions on the label, then heat and serve. Each freeze-dried ounce rehydrates to roughly 6 ounces of prepared food.
Storage and shelf life: Unopened pouches are packaged for long-term storage; unopened shelf life is up to 10 years when stored in a cool, dry, and rodent-free environment. After opening, reseal the pouch and store with the oxygen absorber and desiccant to help maintain freshness; once opened, use remaining portions within a few months for best quality.

Potatoes, red bell pepper, onion, green bell pepper, olive oil, citric acid (less than 2%), dehydrated garlic and onion, maltodextrin, natural flavors (including grill and smoke flavors), paprika, salt, sugar, spices.

- After opening: Approximately 3 months to 1 year depending on handling and humidity; using a home vacuum sealer can extend opened shelf life.
