To promote easy product retrieval at all times, the unit features bright and even LED interior lighting. The easily replaceable, energy-efficient LEDs generate less heat than fluorescent bulbs to keep internal temperatures low, and because they last significantly longer than other lights, you'll save money on replacement costs over time. The lights are safety shielded for added peace of mind. The unit includes three heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way. Its 1 hp top-mounted compressor with evaporator positioned out of the food zone ensures maximum capacity for greater efficiency.
For added ease of use, this unit has an auto-defrost feature that keeps the freezer running properly at all times and an exterior temperature display. The two triple pane low-E insulated glass half doors provide effortless visibility, and they are self-closing with a 120 degree stay-open feature. The two swing half doors also come with magnetic door gaskets that provide a tight seal. The unit has a stainless steel front with matching aluminum sides and back. Plus, the aluminum-lined interior with a stainless steel floor and ceiling is easy to clean. This unit's cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for added structural strength and to reduce energy loss. This unit comes with (4) 5" plate casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning.
This reach-in freezer features a factory-engineered, self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system using high-performance R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This refrigeration system maintains a cabinet temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit to keep foods at safe storage temperatures. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
