Use and preparation

Unopened pouches: 25+ year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry, dark place.
After opening: reseal with the included closure and keep the included oxygen absorber and desiccant; consume remaining portions within about 90 days for best quality. Using a vacuum sealer to remove residual oxygen can extend opened storage time.
