One package of freeze dried, freshly ground, fully cooked ground venison packaged for long-term storage. The product is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment and packed in a resealable easy-tear top bag for convenience and storage.
Because this product is fully cooked and freeze dried, it is convenient for hiking, camping, emergency food storage, or quick meals at home. Rehydrate with water for a few minutes according to the label instructions, then heat and serve. Each ounce of freeze dried cooked ground venison will rehydrate to approximately 5 ounces of cooked venison. It can also be eaten directly from the pouch as a crunchy, high-protein snack.
The venison is sourced from animals raised in the United States, grass fed and free ranging, and is minimally processed with no antibiotics and no added hormones.
Unopened pouches have a 10-year shelf life when stored in the original sealed packaging and kept out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pouch with the integrated closure (or use a home vacuum sealer) and use remaining portions within approximately 3 months to 1 year depending on storage conditions and moisture exposure.
