Usage

Storage & Shelf Life
- Unopened pouches: shelf life up to 10 years when stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- After opening: reseal the pouch using the built-in closure and keep any included oxygen absorber or moisture desiccant in the pouch. Use remaining portions within about 90 days for best quality; vacuum resealing after opening can further extend storage life.
Rehydration & Cooking
- Rehydrate by adding water and allowing a few minutes for the product to absorb moisture, then cook to an internal safe temperature before eating.
- Ideal for customizing seasoning and cooking method—grill, pan-sear, steam, or campfire cook after rehydration.
