Rehydration & Use
Rehydrate with water according to the label instructions (typically a few minutes), then heat and serve. The 14.0 ounce freeze-dried pouch yields approximately 56 ounces (3.5 pounds) once rehydrated.

Cooked brown rice, corn, cooked black beans, tomato, poblano pepper, onion, contains less than 2% of canola oil, dehydrated cilantro, dehydrated garlic and onion, lime juice solids, maltodextrin, natural flavors, salt, spices, sugar.
Storage & Shelf Life
Unopened pouches have a long shelf life when stored in a cool, dry, and dark place; expect at least a 10-year shelf life under optimal conditions. After opening, reseal the pouch and keep the included oxygen absorber and moisture desiccant if present; use remaining portions within a few months for best quality.
