One bulk package of freeze-dried hamburger buns — net weight 7.0 ounces (approximately six buns). Buns are pre-sliced and fully cooked.
One bulk package of freeze-dried shredded cheddar cheese — net weight 16 ounces (equivalent to about three pounds of fresh shredded cheese after rehydration). Each ounce rehydrates to about three ounces of fresh cheese.
One bulk package of lattice-cut freeze-dried sweet potato fries — net weight 8.0 ounces (equivalent to about 40 ounces after rehydration). Each ounce rehydrates to about five ounces of fresh fries.

Hamburger patties: beef, ground.
Hamburger buns: unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour), malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water, yeast, granulated sugar, soybean and/or canola oil, salt, malt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, yeast nutrients, ascorbic acid, enzyme. Contains: wheat, soy. Manufactured in a facility that processes nuts and seeds.
Shredded cheddar cheese: pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto (color). Powdered corn and potato starch added to prevent caking. Contains: milk.
Sweet potato fries: sweet potatoes, vegetable oil (soybean, canola, cottonseed, and/or sunflower), modified food starch, leavening (<2%), paprika oleoresin color, rice flour, salt, spice, sugar, xanthan gum, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate.

Shelf Life and Packaging

Unopened: Estimated to last up to 10 years; modern multi-layer mylar packaging may extend usable life beyond 10 years when stored out of direct sunlight and in a rodent-free area.
After opening: With the oxygen absorber and desiccant left in the pouch and the bag resealed, expect remaining shelf life of about 3 months to 1 year depending on conditions. Vacuum sealing opened pouches can extend life to 5 years or more.
