Use these dried guajillo chiles to add depth and mild heat to salsas, mole, marinades, and other sauces. Common preparations include toasting the peppers briefly to intensify flavor, rehydrating them in boiling water and pureeing into a paste, or grinding them into a fine powder to make custom chili blends. Guajillo chiles are also suitable for making North African‑style harissa.
Storage: keep the peppers in a dry, dark area to preserve flavor and quality. For best results, reseal or transfer to an airtight container after opening.
